Extensive experience with clients who are Low vision or Blind, functional fitness, and Adults 50+. Open to anybody, any age, who wants a fun workout, a yoga session, or an experienced support worker for day-to-day help.

Hi, I’m Erin and my passion is helping people improve their health, lifestyle and overall well-being. I believe if you can find what it is you enjoy doing, you will keep doing it, and you WILL see and feel the results. The most important part of fitness is- You need to have fun!

It’s your choice – Yoga, Personal Training, or both! I like to refer to my PT sessions as fitness and well-being coaching. We’ll combine a mixture of cardio & resistance training balanced with some yoga-style exercises promoting all-round physical and mental health. If possible, sessions are outside in the fresh air. Of course, everything is catered to suit your personal goals.

ENcore Yoga sessions are altered to your particular ability level. Beginners are very welcome. We can simplify or increase each pose to suit your body. From week to week you may feel completely different – with Yoga, this is totally normal! Sessions will include a mixture of poses to improve core strength, balance, posture & flexibility. Yoga also gives fantastic benefits of relaxation, stress relief and better quality sleep.

I can provide mobile sessions if you would like classes in the comfort of your own home and I also have experience with vision impaired clients and NDIS.

ENcore PT’s vision is to make a healthy difference in client’s lives and make exercise part of an everyday lifestyle they really look forward to. My wish is for client’s to feel more positive physically, mentally and socially, which in turn leads to a happier lifestyle and a healthier community overall. After all, happiness and laughter are contagious!

Disability Support Work 

Erin also fills her days with support work shifts, assisting and providing companionship to NDIS clients. This could range from daily tasks, shopping, appointments, accessing the community, getting out for walks and social activities, or enjoying a nice lunch or coffee together. Erin is an animal lover and assistance dogs are very welcome in the car.
